Featuring a compact design, this 20/20 Tile Vent is the perfect solution for roof ventilation. Complete with an Adaptor for Extraction, it has a ventilation area of 10,000mm² and comes in a stunning Sandtoft to fit in with existing tiles.
Discrete and suitable for roof pitches over 20 degrees, this vent tile has water resistance for enhanced durability against the elements. A built-in box collects any rainwater to ensure it is ducted back onto the roof. Thanks to this, it surpasses all relevant parts of DoE partners in the technology programme.
Easy to fit, this tile vent can sit between standard plain tile battens with an integrated factory-fitted felt sleeve. So, it's virtually invisible when viewed from the ground, making it ideal for any existing or new build applications.
