The underlay is just to add some secondary protection, if you already have a membrane underneat the underlay would not really be necessary.

I can confirm that the shingle packs will cover an amount of 2.4 square metres when laid (and lapped) onto the roof surface. The packs are slightly over to accommodate the advertised pack coverage.

They will adhere but always better to use OSB3 for any exterior roofing application, also even with these self adhesive shingles you should still also hold them in place with a couple of 20-30mm clout nails.
