Ideal for high or low-level roof space ventilation on roof pitches of 35° or above, this Klober Uni-Plain Tile Vent is a discreet ventilation tile suitable for use with most clay and concrete plain tiles and provides an effective ventilation area of 6,000mm².
This vent comes with an integrated downpipe that allows direct ventilation to your roof space. It is adaptable for mechanical extraction or soil ventilation with the use of an adaptor. Manufactured from polypropylene and PVC materials, this vent is available in various colours to match your roof tiles.
To install this vent, position it in a broken bond format above the course below and mark and cut the underlay to accommodate the downpipe. Then, position it adjacent to the next tile, nail it in place and continue tiling as usual.
