This 20K HiFlow Universal Roof Tile Vent Is made from both soft and rigid uPVC material and is available in a range of colours that you can choose from to match your roof tiles. It is designed to ventilate roof voids and is compatible with most concrete interlocking roof tiles. It is fully compliant with relevant Building Regulations and British Standards.
To install this Tile Vent, you need to position it in line with the tile below and then cut an opening in the underlay using the provided template. Once the opening has been made, you can insert the back box through the opening until the Tile Vent nibs are located over the top of the batten. Then, fix the Tile Vent into the batten using the nail hole on the Tile Vent and the wire clip provided. Dress the front skit onto a clean, dry tile surface and lay the roof tiles on either side of the vent. Before laying the tile above the vent, push down the upper skirt. If plain tiles are being used, you would need to cut the tile battens.
