The rolls are highly sustainable and environmentally friendly, with Zero Ozone Depletion Potential and Zero Global Warming Potential. They offer negligible resistance water vapour passage.

Question:
accoustic performance
Answer:
The Knauf Loft Roll 44 Insulation serves primarily for thermal insulation of pitched roofs at ceiling level and floors. While it does offer some acoustic improvement, particularly for airborne noise like speech, TV, and traffic passing between rooms and loft spaces, it's important to note that it is not a specialist acoustic product. Therefore, it does not have a specific official "dB reduction" rating on its own. If you require more detailed information about its acoustic properties, you may want to consider reaching out to the manufacturer or a specialist in acoustic insulation.
Question:
Is this any good for timber framed external wall panels as insulation?
Answer:
This is more for use in lofts, for a wall panel you may need a multifoil or PIR board.
