This shorter rafter bar is ideal for refurbishment installations and is available in a range of sizes to fit and secure the Steel Painted Half Round gutters by fixing to roof rafters, recommended at a maximum of 800mm interval spacing. Manufactured from solid 5mm steel, this rafter bracket is 25mm wide with 4 fixing holes.
These rafter brackets should be installed to create a fall of 10mm per 3m run and should be bent to the required angle using a bracket bender. Made from superior steel, this rafter bracket is lightweight, durable and long-lasting. Manufactured with a galvanised steel core with a thick protective layer of 275g per square metre of zinc and a top layer of coloured polymer grains, this rafter bracket has excellent flexibility and is corrosion and scratch resistant. Coated with extra-durable high-build polyester, this rafter bracket is protected with an extended life expectancy to an excess of 70 years.
With low maintenance needs, this rafter bracket requires the occasional touch-up with paint for any scratches and recommended yearly cleaning. This rafter bracket is suitable for modern or traditional buildings.
