As the latest addition to Manthorpe's roofing range, this G503 800mm Wide Continuous Roll Panel Ventilator comes in a convenient 12m pack. Engineered for optimal airflow and designed to prevent condensation, this roll-out rafter tray offers a reliable solution for maintaining a clear air path into the roof void from the eaves.
In response to varying roof pitches and insulation levels, Manthorpe offers three sizes of roll-out rafter trays. This 800mm wide roll ensures an unobstructed air path, making it ideal for lower roof pitches and increased insulation levels. Widely favoured by major house builders, the G500 and G502 6m rafter rolls resist stretching and deformation, ensuring a consistently unblocked ventilation air path critical for preventing roof-space condensation.
Identifiable by the embossed Manthorpe name, each roll is 6m in length and comes in a sleek black finish. It maintains an open air gap between the roof membrane and insulation at the eaves, facilitating the flow of air to release accumulated moisture that may lead to condensation. Suitable for 400mm, 450mm and 600mm raft centres, it is perfect for new build and refurbishment projects where rafter centres may vary. This wider G503 version accommodates extra-thick insulation, providing a comprehensive solution for various insulation needs.
Each pack includes two rolls, covering a total of 12 metres. Made from PET material, this ventilator ensures an easy installation process. Simply roll out the panel over the eaves, align it with the roof truss centres, and secure it in place with nails or staples.
