Suitable for cavity wall ventilation, this G952 Refurbishment Weep Vent is a solution to help solve the problem of missing or inadequate ventilation in existing walls. It's particularly useful in rendered wall construction where it is notoriously difficult to use traditional built-in weep vents.
Quick and easy to install via a 25mm diameter drilled hole, this refurbishment weep vent is available in Terracotta to suit most common brick, stone and render finishes. When fitted successfully, the louvred chevron grill helps protect against wind-driven rain and insect ingress. The drib rib also ensures there is a clean moisture run-off.
To help keep the aesthetic appearance pristine, the external flange covers any damage to the substrate caused by drilling. For installation support, tube ribs ensure easy lead into the hole and help retain the vent in position.
