Perfect for both new build and refurbishment situations on roofs with pitches ranging from 15° to 55°, the SmartVerge® Linear Dry Verge System from Manthorpe is made from a high-grade, durable uPVC. Available in a range of colours and left and right-hand options, it is compatible with fibre cement slates, natural slates, interlocking plain tiles, other types of plain tiles and interlocking concrete tiles.
Not only is it ideal for creating a maintenance-free, visually pleasing detail for gable ends, but the SmartVerge® Linear Dry Verge System is easy to install with mortar-free mechanical fixing. It can be fitted in all weather conditions and is independently wind tunnel tested to comply with BS5534 requirements for mechanical fixing.
An assortment of ridge end caps is available, allowing you to stop birds and large insects from entering your roof space while providing an aesthetic finish to the detail.

Hi, you can view the installation instructions on the PDF tab on the product page. You do not need to create a seal any water that did push into the verge would normally drain out of the bottom.
