As part of the blockwork stepped tray system, this Manthorpe Long Block Right Hand Intermediate Tray is ideal for low-pitched roofs with 150mm or 225mm coursing in stonework or blockwork. It features an upstand at one end, allowing efficient water drainage through the cavity tray system.

Equipped with a flexible perpend protector, this tray will shield your outer wall from driving rain, eliminating rain penetration and masonry tracking. With an extended stop end catering to larger coursing, it also boasts a distinctive front mortar clip/slip, which is easily removable after the mortar sets, revealing a 25mm deep aperture for seamless lead insertion secured with lead wedges.

With compatibility for cavity widths ranging from 50mm to 100mm, this tray has a length of 814mm. For 225mm coursing, it is suitable for roof pitches between 17.5° and 34°, while for 150mm coursing, it is suited to roof pitches from 12° up to 24°.
