This Mardome Glass Manual Opening Rooflight on Builders Upstand is 900mm x 900mm and is an excellent way to introduce natural light into your home or building. It has been proven that daylight can have a positive impact on both your mental health, wellbeing and productivity. The Mardome Rooflight has been thermally broken to ensure a tougher durability, with its non-fragility rating meeting CWCT TN-92, for class 2 roofs, you can have peace of mind knowing your rooflight is both safe and durable. As well as this, the Rooflight has been designed to fit perfectly on roofs with pitches ranging between 2 and 15 degrees. Manual opening allows you to fill your space with fresh air, at your own convenience, simply use the poll to open or close the window. Fresh air has been proven to improve your health and wellbeing with some of its benefits being, clearing your lungs and improving your mood.
This rooflight comes with its applicable builders upstand, this does not include a kerb – this is a good option for where a non-standard sized kerb is required or where the installer chooses to create their own. The rooflight’s aluminium frame has been powder coated to Anthracite Grey (RAL-7016) which will sit beautifully on new extensions, renovations and existing roofs, giving you a more subtle rooflight in comparison to more common white frames. The rooflight itself is manufactured using 6mm toughened outer panes, the cavity is filled with argon gas which improves thermal insulation efficiency and finally it has a 9.5mm laminated inner, safety has truly been considered throughout the whole design and manufacturing process.
