Ideal for achieving a pleasing yet cost-effective heritage finish, these Marley Ashdowne Clay Eaves/Top Roof Tiles are available in an array of warm colours. Tiles include relaxed appearances and granular textures for unique and distinctive surfaces for variation from project to project.
These handcrafted tiles are suited to new and refurbished applications with roof pitches between 35° and 90°, as well as Ashdowne roof tiles, the Marley full roof system and Marley SolarTile®.
Eaves tiles form the lowest row of tiles at the facia board to create the first row of full tiles' double lap. Lower edges should be the same as the first row of full tiles. They also come in handy for the top row of ridge tiles, where the top edge of the second row down should remain at a level covered by the ridge tile.
