Marley's latest innovation, the Lincoln Clay Pantile has introduced some vital changes within their fixing range to ensure it meets the requirements of BS 5534 while supporting its compatibility with their accessory systems.
Under the stringent guidelines of BS 5534, every small tile cut demands a mechanical fixation. Presently, Marley offers reliable Head C Clip packs (MA43602) and Tail Clip packs (MA43604) to fulfil this requirement. Though these fixings are tried-and-tested and renowned for their unwavering strength and durability, their visibility cannot be overlooked. This Secret Cut-Tile Clip pack is specially designed to provide a discreet mechanical fixing option for small tile cuts, seamlessly complementing the Lincoln tile.
Available in a convenient pack of 50, these versatile clips subtly secure small tile cuts at challenging locations like hips, valleys and roof windows where achieving a secure mechanical fixation is often daunting. The clip's jaws neatly engage with the cut tile while the connected wire wraps around a 50mm x 3mm aluminium clout nail securely anchored in adjacent timber, ensuring a reliable attachment to the roof structure.
