Fabricated from a pre-finished steel sheeting with Aluzinc substrate from the oxidisation of aluminium and the sacrificial cathodic protective layer of zinc, this roof sheet is oven-cured to ensure optimum adhesion for a 200-micron thick coating of high-quality PVC Plastisol with a Black finish.
With the traditional aesthetic of 'corrugated iron cladding', this robust roof sheet has a width coverage of 990mm when lapped with 13 corrugated profiles of 3 inches and can be used at a minimum roof pitch of 10°. With excellent climatic protection, abrasion and corrosion resistance and outstanding colourfastness, it has a life expectancy of over 40 years in normal conditions, with initial maintenance or repainting required after 15 to 25 years.
Typically used for cladding and roofing, this versatile roof sheet is ideal for various applications, including agricultural, commercial, domestic and industrial buildings as well as garages, cold stores, partitioning, infill panels and curtain walling. Lightweight and effortless to fit using self-drilling screw fixings on top of the profile, it is suitable for use to over-clad an existing roof, as part of an insulated build-up system or simply as a single skin.
