Available in various dimensions to fit your installation requirements, this 34/1000 box profile roofing sheet is finished in a sleek Merlin Grey colour with a PVC plastisol coating. This trapezoidal single-skin sheet boasts seven rigid profiles with a 166mm pitch and a profile height of 34mm.
With its reliable weatherproof lap, this sheeting can effortlessly cover almost any roof or wall. Offering a wide 1000mm cover once lapped, it is one of the most popular options. Due to its versatility, it can be used over existing roof cladding or as part of an insulated system. Despite being lightweight, it is remarkably sturdy and can be applied horizontally or vertically to roofs and walls, even on pitches as low as 4°.
For added protection against condensation in humid conditions, this system can be enhanced with the innovative Dripstop membrane. This self-adhesive felt prevents dripping and can be applied to the reverse side of your sheet. Hi. My conservatory roof is 4 metres long and has a width of 5metres. How many sheets of 4metres length I would need to cover my roof? I'm not sure about how much is taken on the overlapping process ... Can I also see a video on how it's installed/ applied? Many thanks in advance

The number of sheets required will depend on the profile of the sheets. For our Metal Roof Sheet (34/1000 Box Profile) PVC Plastisol Coated 0.7mm Merlin Grey - 4400mm, each sheet covers an effective width of 1000mm (1 meter) once overlaps are taken into account. Therefore, for a roof that is 5 meters wide, you would need 5 sheets of this product. In terms of installation, while we do not have a video tutorial specific to this product, you may find our product brochure helpful as it provides detailed information on the product features and installation.
