Vapour permeable with a water-resistant coating, this Isolair sub-roof board includes tongue and groove edging and provides excellent protection against heat and noise in external timber constructions with clad walls.
This sarking board is ideal for roof applications as over rafter, insulated sarking and for wall applications on to studs or existing masonry. In terms of finish, it is appropriate for cladding or tiling and even brick cladding, and installed with mechanical fixings.
Considered 'waterproof', Pavatex sarking boards meet the European standard EN 14964 for sarking boards and can withstand weather exposure for up to three months. Isolair sarking boards can also be employed for insulation and factored into heat transfer calculations. When employed as sarking boards, it is important to follow country-specific application codes outlined in the technical documentation, adhering to regulations and standards.
