This V-SEAL fixing kit has been purposely created to ensure the fitting of your pipe flashing with a metal roof is a straightforward process. The components of this kit provide the resources needed to accomplish a successful installation on fibre cement, plastic or metal cladding and roofing materials.
This kit contains fitting instructions to set out the steps required for your installation; a hooked blade trimming knife which has been designed for easy and safe cutting of the sleeve; silicone sealant to seal between the pipe flashing and roofing material; an HSS drill bit to drill a pilot hole through the pipe flashing and roof material before fixing; washered fasteners to securely fix the pipe flashing to the roof material; and hexagon colour caps to conceal the fastener heads and finish the aesthetic look of your pipe flashing system.
