This Redland 50 Double Roman Concrete Interlocking Roof Tile features a unique Roman design with a graceful roll and subtle pans. Due to the plethora of colour options, it can seamlessly integrate into any surroundings.
Once this 418mm x 330mm tile is installed with 60mm x 3.35mm nails, it effortlessly emulates the charm of a traditional clay double Roman roof. It is also compatible with an extensive array of fittings and accessories.
Tiles with a through-coloured finish have minimum pitches of 17.5° at 100mm headlap and 22.5° at 75mm headlap, while tiles with granular finishes have a minimum of 22.5° at 100mm headlap and 30° at 75mm headlap. Both have a maximum pitch of 90°, subject to fixing specifications.
The tiles offer coverage of 10.5 tiles per m² at 318mm gauge and 9.7 tiles per m² at 343mm gauge. 38mm x 25mm battens are recommended for rafter centres up to 450mm and 50mm x 25mm for rafter centres up to 600mm. At a 318mm gauge, 3.15m per m² battens are required, and at a 343mm gauge, 2.92m per m² battens are required.
