This Dark Grey Flexitec 2020 Roof Resin by Res-Tec is part of the Flexitec 2020 System with coverage dependent on the chart and guarantee period. Flexitec 2020, the flexible, single resin Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) system, combines the versatile overlay systems with the advantages of fibreglass with new deck and full overlay capabilities for a wide range of applications, unlike other flat roof solutions.
With rapid curing and an extra-tough finish, the Flexitec 2020 Roof Resin has a 30 to 60 minute walk-over time. This resin is applicable to most roof surfaces, including metal details, approved insulation boards, GRP, PVC single-ply, asphalt, concrete and felt while the Flexitec 2020 system can be overcoated or repaired without grinding down. Applications with one coat gives a 10-year repair system while two coats provide a 20-year roofing system supported with a trusted 20-year materials guarantee from Res-Tec when installations are by trained installers.
The highly flexible Flexitec 2020 is ideal for any size or shape roof without the need for expansion joints, suited to application in a range of temperatures from as low as 5°C up to as high as 30°C with a completely seamless membrane without welds, joints or weak points. With the option for an anti-slip finish available for walkways and balconies, the Flexitec 2020 can be cold applied for additional safety meaning no risks from open flames and other hot works.

I have a tiled roof with a low pitch of 12 degree. Lately, rain water is seeping in through the interlocking tile gaps. if we apply this flexitec, will it work to stoppage of water seeing in and will it last? Thanks

This is more for use on flat roofs, best to get a roofer out to look at the issue you are having as the tiles on your roof may not be suitable for the pitch and that is what is causing the issue.
