Adjustable Hacksaw
This is an adjustable hacksaw that can be used for a wide range of different applications, including the cutting of metals, plastics and more, but is specifically manufactured to cut through thin materials, and is not designed to cut through wood.
The adjustable hacksaw features a thin blade with very fine teeth, and a separate grip handle. The hacksaw blade can be removed and replaced when it becomes blunt or if it snaps.
This hacksaw is adjustable because the hacksaw frame can be used in conjunction with blades of different lengths, for example the hacksaw can be used for both 250mm and 300mm blades - the 300mm blade is most common.
When replacing a blade, simply loosen the wing nut adjuster on the end of the hacksaw, remove the blade, then place the new blade in the frame before retightening the wing nut adjuster.
