Description
The RoofLITE+ Slim Vent centre pivot window has a reduced width Slim frame, which gives the window a contemporary look when viewed from the inside. Manufactured using FSC certified wood, the RoofLITE+ Slim Vent roof window is fitted with a ventilation valve ensuring an inflow of sunlight and fresh air, making it a great way to bring extra light into your loft.
Despite its reduced frame width, the Slim Vent provides a high thermal insulation parameter whilst its glazing unit, featuring a toughened pane, makes it highly durable in all weather conditions, including hail.
The Slim Vent centre pivot window has a centre pivot (hinges mounted at half window height) together with a handle at the base of the frame, making the window easy and convenient to use at any installation height. The window's handle has two ventilation positions, as well as a ventilation valve installed into the upper part of the sash, which allows an inflow of fresh air into the room without the need to fully open the window.
RoofLITE+ Slim Vent windows must be installed using a dedicated installation flashing kit, which ensures 100% tightness of fit between window. The flashing must be selected in accordance with the roofing material.
