Description

With a modern design and reinforced frame for style and reliability, this SOLID PINE white centre pivot window looks fantastic with contemporary aesthetics. This manually operated RoofLITE+ window features centre pivot hinges in the middle for easy opening and comes in a range of sizes to suit your needs.

The window experiences minimal restrictions pertaining to installation heights and materials, and suits roof pitches between 15° to 90°. It is particularly suited to heated loft spaces.

  • Made using FSC certified wood
  • E1350 water tightness, Class 4 air permeability and Class C4 resistance to wind
  • Double glazing is 24mm thick with two low E coatings
  • Delivers fantastic insulation and ventilation
  • Window 1.3 W/m²K, Frame 1.0 W/m²K
  • Sound Reduction of 32 (-1;-5) dB
  • Grey aluminium cladding (RAL 7043) exterior
  • 10-year guarantee

The handle at the bottom of the sash has two ventilation positions to optimise how much air can enter the room, even when the window is shut. Crafted from FSC certified wood, fantastic thermal insulation is provided with the innovative insulating parameter, as well as the rain, wind and heat adverse toughened outer pane.

Please note:

  • A dedicated installation flashing kit is needed to ensure 100% tightness of fit between window. It should be chosen in accordance with the roofing material.
