As long as the first coat had dried you should not have any issues

Can this product be applied to an old asbestos flat roof on my garage which has now become porous in places and leaks badly in winter. Would l also need to prime the roof first as l have had problems getting Bitumen paint etc to adhere to the Asbestos surface ?

You could use this but if the surface is porous you would need to use a flood coat first to prime the surface.

This is only suggested for roofing, I am afraid it is not tested for ponds so could be hazardouse to the fish.

Do i need to prime first before I use the flexible waterproof coating on my existing felt?
Answer:
The suppliers advise use of a Flood Coat on porous surfaces like concrete but should not be wholly necessary for felt. But is must be cleaned/free of debris and bone dry before applying Liquid Rubber.

Not a primer but if you are applying to a porous surface you should use the Flood coat first, please see below from suppliers data sheet.
'If Rubber Roof is being used on a porous surface such as concrete, prior to preparation proceed with applying EcoProof Flood Coat to the area using a brush or roller at a typical application rate of 4-5sq/m per ltr (may vary depending on surface condition) and allow to cure.'

Yes this would be fine but on porous surfaces best to use the flood coat first before applying.

This is comparable as also a Liquid Rubber System and high quality.

can this product be used on lead? what surfaces can it be used on?

This would not be suitable for use on Lead I am afraid. It is mainly suitable for felt/concrete/asbestos roofs but if you email us any photos of the roof you have to cover to sales@roofingsuperstore.co.uk we can always check with the suppliers for you.

Do you apply this to a wet or dry existing felt roof
Answer:
The Rubber Roof needs completely dry material in order to apply it and also a dry couple of days to be able to cure fully so not suitable for wet application I am afraid.
