This efficient and effective vent for Sandtoft's New Cassius range of roof tiles is a discreet method of controlling condensation, providing unobtrusive natural roof space ventilation and mechanically extracting high levels of water vapour directly at the source.

Sandtoft's range of ventilation solutions provides cost-effective and subtle roof space ventilation, offering a comprehensive range of eaves ventilators, concealed tile, ridge ventilators, top abutment ventilators and gas ridge vent terminals. There is also a selection of ridge and tile ventilators available for connection to soil vent pipes and mechanical extraction pipes.

Concealed ventilators and InvisiVent products have been designed and developed to minimise the aesthetic impact of the roof by being virtually unseen once installed and can be used for both low and high-level ventilation, as well as for connection to soil or mechanical extraction pipes.

For low-level ventilation, you will require 1m intervals of spacing for a free vent area of 10,000mm², while for high-level ventilation, you will need 2m intervals of spacing for a free vent area of 5,000mm².
