Efficient and effective, the Sandtoft Eaves Vent is ideal for controlling condensation. It provides natural roof space ventilation and can mechanically extract high levels of water vapour at the source.
With a continuous free vent area of 25,000 mm², this eaves vent comes in a pack with essentials to help ensure the fitting is quick and simple, including an over-fascia ventilation strip for effective resistance to large insects and driving rain. An underlay support tray also prevents sagging of the underlay behind the fascia, eliminating the problem of long-term deterioration of the underlay at the eaves.
Available in 6-metre packs, this eaves system can be a discreet solution for suitable airflow through your roof space. A bird comb filler can also be applied (sold separately) for profiled tiles.
