This Koraflex Plus is a universal flashing system and an ideal lead replacement. It is installed easier and faster than lead without welding or prefabrication. The composite material helps to offer a highly stable and malleable solution that effortlessly forms to any complex profile and shape.
Working exactly like lead but with the benefit of completely adhesive butyl backing, this Koraflex Plus ensures reliable and durable adhesion to most building materials such as metal, concrete and clay surfaces with improved workability so no mastic, mortar or extra adhesive is required. This system has a grey finish to match lead, but alternative colours are available to complement your roof tiles while blending in to prevent theft.
This flexible covering can be used for roof windows, solar gutters, valleys, skylights, chimneys, dormers and exterior walls. With enhanced resistance, this flashing is long-lasting, watertight and leakproof. This solvent and lead-free flashing solution is greener for the environment and does not require the use of patination oil, avoiding unsightly roof staining.
