Ensuring reliable and durable adhesion to most materials, such as concrete, metal, and clay surfaces, thanks to the complete butyl adhesive backing, this Koraflex Plus flexible flashing can be used for covering roof windows, exterior walls, solar gutters, dormers, valleys, chimneys and skylights. With enhanced colour stability and a Red finish to complement your roof tile colours, it blends in to prevent theft. Alternatively, you can choose a colour to match lead.
With improved workability, this Koraflex Plus flashing does not involve any mastic, extra adhesive or mortar and does not require the use of patination oil, which causes unsightly roof staining. With outstanding resilience, it is leakproof, long-lasting and watertight. It is an environmentally friendly solution that is lead and solvent-free.
