This TF200 construction breather membrane from Glidevale Protect delivers primary protection for the whole of your external wall, including intermediate floor zones, sole plate and joints throughout the construction process, and a secondary line of defence against rainwater penetration during your building's life after the exterior masonry has been built.
Positioned on the cold side of the insulated panel to diminish the risk of interstitial condensation within your structure, this membrane enables water vapour to escape into the vented cavity. This high-performance membrane has high water vapour permeability as well as outstanding wet strength and water resistance. It is four times more permeable than recommended by TRADA or STA for wall membranes.
Featuring a non-reflective embossed surface, this membrane is resistant to UV and heat degradation. Both BM TRADA certified and CE marked, it can be used in timber framed panel constructions.
