Supplied in Black 1m (1000mm) lengths, this Over Fascia Vent Strip is an efficient and durable primary roof ventilator. It provides ventilation equivalent to a continuous 10mm opening (10,000mm²) and is used to ventilate pitched roofs larger than 15 degrees with roofs void as uninhabited loft or attic space.
The unobtrusive design is UV stabilised and colourfast to ensure the strip does not compromise the roof aesthetic. Additionally, it can be easily fitted in place and long-lasting as an efficient solution with superior strength construction as it will carry the weight of the bottom row of tiles to minimise movement. As part of their durable and reliable design, they are totally resistant to decay and feature 3.5mm to 4mm wide ventilation slots. These slots comply with BS 5250-2011 for quality assurance.
