Ideal for diverse applications such as water discharge over external lintels, ground floor slab level drainage and seamless integration with the Timloc cavity tray system, this weep vent ensures optimal water management for your construction project.
The full-size dimensions of the wall weep vent align perfectly with standard brick, block, and stonework heights, providing a discreet and polished finish when fitted into masonry walls. Choose from a spectrum of colours, including terracotta, buff, brown, clear, white, grey and black, allowing you to harmonise the vent with the existing brick or mortar colour palette. The cavity wall weep vent boasts an integral front grille, effectively preventing the ingress of large nest-building insects into the cavity, all while ensuring a reliable discharge of water and maintaining a generous free airflow area of 165mm² per unit.
