Designed with a Plain Tile appearance, this Vent can help you enhance ventilation directly into a roof space or connect to a ducted ventilation system. Suitable for roofs with minimum pitches of 35 degrees, the vent size is perfect for replacing three plain tiles for a continuous visual appearance along the roof when viewed at all levels.
In addition to a free ventilation area of 7,000mm², the vent has a UV-stabilised top to help maintain its appearance when continuously exposed to sunlight. The vent also meets high industry standard BS EN 490:2011 for concrete roofing tiles and fittings for roof covering and wall cladding - product specifications (+A1:2017).
If paired with other plain tiles, it has an exceptional appearance to those from major manufacturers, including Redland Rosemary, Marley Plain, Russell Traditional Plain and Sandtoft Humber Plain.
