These Telescopic Underfloor Vents are the perfect companion for Timloc's Airbrick. Strategically placed beneath suspended ground floors, these ventilators ensure optimal airflow. Their vertical adjustability caters to various brick courses, ranging from 225mm up to 375mm (3 to 5 brick courses), with a minimum cavity width of 50mm.
These ventilators feature a specially crafted front grille to ward off vermin and minimise rain ingress during gusty winds. Made using UV-stabilised polypropylene (PP) injected into a mould, they boast sturdiness and toughness. They're not just resistant to deterioration and decay but also adhere to the high manufacturing standards of BS EN ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO 14001.
Each ventilator offers an impressive area of 6000mm², ensuring efficient ventilation for your space. The sleek black colour adds a touch of elegance. Available in a pack of 20, these ventilators are sized 220mm x 225mm as standard and 220mm x 375mm when extended.
