Suitable for roofs with a minimum pitch of 20 degrees, this Thin Leading Edge Tile Vent in Grey is the perfect profile roof tile vent for reliable airflow through a roof space. Whether enabling ventilation directly into a roof space or connecting to a ducted ventilation system, this vent can supply a free ventilation area of 10,000m² when fitted.
Fitting the vent is easy. Sized to replace one thin leading edge tile, this supports a continuous visual appearance along the roof when viewed at all levels. The vent is also UV-stabilised on top to withstand continuous exposure to sunlight. In addition to its design, the vent is manufactured to look similar to those of existing thin leading edge large format tiles from all major manufacturers, which includes but is not limited to Marley Edgemere, Redland Richmond, Sandtoft TLE, Russell Galloway and Lagan Elite.
For quality assurance, this vent complies with BS EN 490:2011 for concrete roofing tiles and fittings for roof covering and wall cladding - product specifications (+A1:2017).
