Each unit measures 1.2 metres long and features a heavy-duty profile with an integral pivot-hold hinge. This permits easy and direct fixing as the profile may be secured to the vertical board upstand when opened like a book. The profile is then closed and fixing is completed by securing the top of the profile to the masonry wall. An air ventilation path which complies with the current regulations is established at the flat roof intersection.
This ventilator is supplied with pre-drilled fixing holes and an integral insect-resistant grille, further helping the task run more smoothly with a faster and easier fitting process.

Nothing specific is provided with it, you can flash over the top of it with Lead or Lead alternative, whichever flashing you prefer.

You do need to Flash over the top to create a water tight seal, you would ideally want at least a 25mm air gap for ventilation.
