Suitable for use in natural/passive or mechanical ventilation systems and in soil and vent applications, this OFT4 Flat Roof Vent/Terminal includes a flange ideal for use with an Asphalt roof covering. Featuring a special low air resistance cowl, it has an airflow/pressure resistance of less than 1.0 Pascal at 225m³ per hour.
This flat roof vent/terminal from Ubbink enables termination through a flat roof to ducting with a 110mm diameter. The stack cap is fastened mechanically for increased reliability when fixed in extreme weather environments. However, it can be uninstalled for servicing purposes. The stack pipe has an integrated collar and separate aluminium flange for use with felt and asphalt. The pipework above the roofline incorporates a built-in condensation drain and is twin-walled.

Hi Would this be suitable to connect to a 100mm bathroom extract fan? going through a flat roof? And how would I fix it to the roof to ensure water tightness?

This would be suitable for 100mm, you need to dress the roof covering over the flange to ensure a tight seal but the roofer completing the work can normally assist with this.
