This Ubbink OFT5 Insulated Flat Roof Vent Terminal from the OFT terminal range is designed for seamless integration with soil and vent systems, catering to both mechanical and natural (passive) ventilation setups. Built for optimal performance, it boasts an impressive insulation value above the roof space, effectively minimising the risk of condensation.
Its intelligently crafted design features a large free vent area of 14400mm² and a low Pa resistance of 1.3 Extract, ensuring efficient airflow. This vent terminal comes fully insulated to the cowl, with a two-piece stack aluminium flange for durability and longevity. With a stack size of 166mm, a reducer of 150mm diameter and a performance reading of 200m³/h, it is engineered to deliver outstanding results. Weighing 2.4kg, it stands at a height above the roof of 380mm, a depth below the roof of 608mm, and a flange diameter of 490mm.
