Question:
For attaching an inline extractor fan do i need a special adaptor? Thanks
Answer:
The Ubbink UB19/NS Hooded Slate Vent can be used with an inline extractor fan, but whether you'll need a special adapter would depend on the specifications of your fan. You should check the output diameter of your extractor fan and compare it with the dimensions of the vent to see if they match. If they don't, an adapter may be necessary. Please ensure you also take into account the minimum pitch requirement of 23 degrees for this vent. For more detailed information on the product's specifications, you can refer to the product's data sheet found here. If you need further assistance, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly or consult with a professional installer.
Question:
Hi There, Is this vent suitable to fix an electric bathroom vent to (using a flexible hose). If not is there a similair looking vent which you could recommend , ideally tring to avoid the use of a "stack" type vent
Answer:
Yes this would work but you also need the adaptor for the back of the unit - I have emailed you a quote
Question:
Can these vents be opened up to clean out if they get clogged up in any way?
Answer:
You should not need to as the dirt would only be on the outside and can be brushed away
