The pleated double blackout cloth is installed over an aluminium honeycomb structure, in turn combing up to 26% improved thermal insulating qualities with the features of a VELUX standard blackout blind. The honeycomb structure acts as an added layer of insulation by trapping air and preventing unwanted heat loss, and likewise withstanding heat gain when it's warm out. Flexible and secure, this blind blocks out sunlight with both the pleated cloth and the side rails that restrict light from leaking in at the edges.
Operation control is fantastic and comes in three options: Manual Operation utilises a straightforward control bar for windows that are within reach; Electric Operation is perfect for VELUX INTEGRA roof windows and features a remote control for comfortable and efficient operation, particularly when windows are hard to reach; and Solar Operation for both solar and manual windows, which includes a solar-powered battery that can provide power for up to 600 operations.
