For comfortable opening, VELUX roof windows have top control bars and pivot hinges that are of high quality. When you rotate the window 180° and lock it into position with the built-in barrel bolt, you are able to effectively clean both sides of the glass. The ventilation flap and filter come in handy when windows need to remain shut. You can still circulate clean air, but insects and dust are unable to enter.
VELUX triple glazing (66) is prepped with premium features for blocking out external noise and cold air. For untarnished furniture, the UV filter prevents sun damage while the toughened glass provides outer panes with added strength. In turn, they can better resist external environmental factors. If your window breaks, shards of glass will not enter your home due to the safety lamination and the unique rain noise reduction lets you sleep better without the sound of droplets against the window. To result in clear views, the anti-dew and easy-to-clean coatings combat dew on the outer pane and repel dirt. It offers sound insulation of 37dB.
Particularly perfect for windows that you struggle to reach, VELUX solar operation can be controlled remotely with a wireless wall switch. Not only comfortable, ideal for home security and easy to install as there's no wiring, but this option is fuelled by daylight and charges its battery even if it's overcast out. Weather can change suddenly, and the automatic rain sensors act quickly to close windows when you can't.
