For comfortable opening, VELUX roof windows have top control bars and pivot hinges that are of high quality. When you rotate the window 180° and lock it into position with the built-in barrel bolt, you are able to effectively clean both sides of the glass. The ventilation flap and filter come in handy when windows need to remain shut. You can still circulate clean air, but insects and dust are unable to enter.
With three layers of glazing, the VELUX noise reduction glazing (68) has optimal energy efficiency and is prepped with premium features to impede the cold that often gets through windows during the winter season. For untarnished furniture, the UV filter prevents sun damage while the toughened glass provides outer panes with added strength. In turn, they can better resist external environmental factors.
