For ease during cleaning, this IPL 0073G laminated inner toughened outer pane is a fantastic glazing choice from VELUX. With a variety of sizes available, it is versatile across a range of needs and applications.
The inner pane has been safety laminated and reduces the chance of injury and improves safety, especially on windows that advance head height. If windows are broken, it will hold the glass together to prevent it from scattering and falling into your room. As for the clear and clean coating, it makes the outer pane easier to wipe down for clear views over longer stretches of time. The outer pane is also toughened for added strength and resilience.

Correct - the 55cm x 98cm is the C04 frame size, not the pane size.

The 'G' is the most recent. Sometimes VELUX tweak the product code, even if they do something like change the packaging, etc.
