With a pleated blind in white and a blackout blind in dark brown, this manual duo blackout blind from VELUX combines the best of both worlds. You can fully block out light at any time of day or simply diffuse it, depending on the blind you pull down.
The Manual Operation includes two control bars that can bring down both blinds or just the pleated one. Equipped with aluminium side rails, the opening and closing of the blind are smooth and seamless, as well as life lengthening with less risk of damage.
The blackout feature of this blind improves sleep, especially for children who are napping during the day, and light control is fantastically versatile. Whether you need softer light or entire darkness, it is completely up to you to choose.
Blackout is ensured by the polyester layer and the aluminium back coating which press together a light-tight middle layer. Extra light deflection is provided by the aluminium coating, which also reduces building heat in rooms during warm seasons and, likewise, the loss of warmth in colder seasons. Manufactured with an OEKO-TEX fabric, the blind is insanely durable and dirt resistant.
