Ensuring a weathertight and secure installation of your side-by-side VELUX pitched roof windows, this VELUX Pro+ EKJ 4021E Recessed Insulated Coupled Tile Flashing is suitable for flat or profiled roofing materials with a profile of 90mm maximum. Not only designed to create a 100mm gap between the windows, but this flashing is also compatible with interlocking slates, corrugated roof sheets and even thatched roofs.
As a recessed coupled flashing the VELUX Pro+ EKJ 4021E provides a more streamlined look to your roof, thanks to the windows sitting 40mm deeper within your roof compared to a standard VELUX flashing. The flashing comes with both a BDX insulation collar and a BFX underfelt collar included, which will reduce heat loss and improve your room's overall thermal efficiency, as well as ensure a simple, long-lasting installation.
Other features include integrated water channels, which help to divert rainwater away from your windows and into your guttering system below, and a robust corrosion-proof construction that will guarantee excellent durability and longevity. For a more discreet finish, the flashings are also coloured in a grey aluminium finish, which will blend seamlessly with the outer frames of your two windows.
