This YBS SuperQuilt Lite Insulation is a multifoil insulation that comes in a roll of 1.5m x 10m, designed to keep your living space warm and comfortable while reducing your energy bills. It reflects radiant heat back into your rooms and retains warmth, making it a cost-effective option for insulation.
Additionally, this SuperQuilt insulation features a two-in-one insulating vapour control that stops moisture progression and reduces condensation build-up when taped and sealed with aluminium foil tape. It is a versatile solution that is suitable for a variety of applications, whether in a new build or existing property. It can be installed in walls, floors and roofs and is only 32mm thick, making it ideal for rooms with limited space.
Despite its slim profile, this SuperQuilt Lite comprises nine flexible layers that provide exceptional thermal performance of up to 2.07m²K which is equivalent to 90mm thick mineral wool insulation. Its thermal performance values are as follow: 0.77m²K/W in the core and, including cavities, they are 1.85m²K/W in roofs, 2.07m²K/W in walls and 3.14m²K/W in floors. This insulation can be cut to the necessary size using a craft knife or pair of scissors and a full roll will provide 15m² of coverage.
What's more, this SuperQuilt Lite is fully compliant with building controls and has received certification from the National House Building Council (NHBC) and Agrément certification to UK industry standards, ensuring its performance and reliability.
