Why choose Easy-Trim Roto roof windows?

Easy Trim have designed their new range of roof windows to create an alternative product in the market that is not only quick and easy to install, but also provides you with maximum benefits at a much more acceptable cost.

Quick and easy to install

The Easy-Trim Roto windows are up to 30% quicker to install than other brands of roof window. This means that not only do you save time so that your project is ready on time, but you may also save on labour costs.

This decrease in installation time is partly due to the assembly type of the Easy-Trim Roto window – no screws are required for exterior profiles, and instead clips are used. Additionally, brackets and the optional thermal installation system are pre-fitted to save time.

Energy saving

The Easy-Trim Roto windows have been designed to help improve insulation and minimise heat loss, which in turn helps to save on energy use and energy costs. Easy-Trim Roto windows have high levels of insulation, and features in place to reduce thermal bridging which reduces heat loss, and also features air permeability treatment.

Maximum natural light

Easy-Trim have designed their Roto roof windows to ensure that the main feature of the roof window, to allow natural light into the room, remains a key focus. The Easy-Trim Roto design consists of slim exterior profiles, and no control bar at the top of the window, and these small changes result in up to 10% more light area than other competitors. The more light that is provided by the roof window, the less energy is required for artificial light sources, which not only saves on energy costs, but also creates a healthier natural environment.

Maximum convenience

When designing their Roto roof windows, Easy-Trim have ensured they provide maximum convenience to the user. Each Roto window is outwards opening, which prevents the window from encroaching on the living space, maximising usable space within the room, and all windows have a single handle at the bottom of the sash that is used for all functions, whether it is for opening, ventilation or for cleaning.

Different types of Easy-Trim Roto roof window

There are a number of different types of Easy-Trim Roto, so you’ll be sure to find the perfect roof window for your project.

Centre pivot Easy-Trim Roto window

The centre pivot Easy-Trim Roto window is one of the classic roof windows. With a central swing axis, the centre pivot window from Easy-Trim opens up to provide ventilation and fresh air, whilst also providing uninterrupted views when closed.

Top third pivot Easy-Trim Roto window

The top third opening Easy-Trim Roto window has been designed with an axis that sits at the top third of the window. This slightly higher opening makes the top-third pivot roof window suitable for roof windows that are situated closer to the floor level, as it provides a wider opening from higher up. The top third pivot Easy-Trim Roto window is operated using a single handle situated at the bottom of the window, and there is no obstructive sash.

Top hung Easy-Trim Roto window

The top hung Easy-Trim Roto window consists of a roof window with an axis that sits right at the top of the frame. The window sash opens seamlessly out into the external environment, up to 45 degree angle for maximum range. This top hung Easy-Trim roto window provides maximum head room, as well as a panoramic view of the landscape outside.

Easy-Trim Roto flashing products
