For purchase in an assortment of sizes, this window has two independent opening mechanisms: the sash either opens outwardly from the top to 35° or via the centre pivot. Thanks to this pivot function, the sash rotates 180° and makes maintenance hassle-free. The preselect switch eases transitions from top and centre pivot opening, and the operating mechanism stabilises the sash.

Hit here, I have FPU-V and a FTU-V in master bedroom of my new build house however have noticed any external noise is easily heard at night, possibly through the air vents even when fully closed. Is there anything that can be done? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
