Manually operated with a choice of finish and glazing, this VELUX GPL MK06 top hung roof window provides an open view that invokes a balcony feel. The stylish handle and high-quality pivot hinges smoothly open the window to 45°. For easy cleaning from inside your house, the window also spins and secures with the barrel bolt that has been built in.

This window will be able to hold itself open up to 90 degrees as long as it has been installed on the recommended pitch.

Yes this would be large enough, Whatever escape window you decide to go for, it must have a minimum measurement of 450mm x 750mm, which will give you the required unobstructed opening area of 0.33m² (0.45 x 0.75 = 0.33m²).

Does this product come with flashing?
Answer:
