Boasting a volume flow rate of 1400m³/h, this TEB14 Vent Turbine Set from Lomanco Vents is an excellent solution for multi-storey buildings with more than seven floors, including apartment and tower blocks. It includes a 14" TEB (356mm) turbine and an electric ventilator. This set is an ideal alternative to central electric ventilators, as it offers individual ventilation for each unit.

The vent turbine is installed externally on the top of ventilation shafts and uses the wind to eliminate unwanted odours from the building's units. The electric ventilator provides an additional boost when weather conditions are poor or if tenants open the vents. This is possible with recommended small axial ventilators.

This set comes with a maintenance-free, durable aluminium structure. The TEB14 ventilation turbine combined with the electrical ventilator can save up to 90% of your operating costs while preventing reverse drafts and deflecting odours from other apartments. You can use this set for ample ventilation without turning on the entire system.

This set includes an externally braced TEB14 Turbine with two reinforced turbine heads (lifetime warranty) and a splitter (2-year warranty), a boxed electric ventilator with connecting necks to ease installation (2-year warranty), as well as an installation electrical box and base.

Please note:

  • It is recommended to place the ventilator below the neck or extension part, not directly underneath the turbine, and anchor the splitter.
  • The lifetime warranty applies to residential use only. During commercial use, the product is covered by a 15-year warranty.
