This A1 impermeable felt HR roofing underlay from Glidevale Protect can be used for all tiled and slated pitched roof constructions, whether the insulation is at the rafter level or at the ceiling joint level. It is manufactured from twin-ply construction with a polypropylene non-woven spunbond layer and polypropylene (PP) film.
Specially designed to overcome the issues associated with traditional Type 1F felts and second-generation plastic sheet materials, this third-generation roofing underlay has unrestricted use for wind uplift in all exposure conditions in the UK and Ireland and is suitable for use in zones 1 to 5 at 345mm batten gauge. Unaffected by temperature changes, it is heat and UV stable with an absorbent under-surface that prevents condensate drip-off.

Yes this would be suitable, but as this felt is not permeable please be aware you should also ventilate the roof.
