Providing a secondary line of defence against wind-driven snow and rain and wind uplift resistance, this A1 T3 heavy-duty felt type HR roof underlay from Glidevale Protect is completely waterproof, meaning it can be used as a temporary roof covering through the period when you are applying a roof covering.
This high-performance impermeable roofing underlay has been developed to overcome the difficulties of second-generation plastic sheet materials and traditional Type 1F and 5U felts. It is manufactured from an ultra-tough four-ply construction with a heavy-duty, non-slip reinforcing grid on the top surface for optimal resistance to damage.
Suitable for use in zones 1 to 5 at 345mm batten gauge, this Glidevale Protect roofing underlay has unrestricted use for wind uplift in all exposure conditions throughout the UK and Ireland. UV and heat stable, it is unaffected by temperature change while the absorbent lower surface inhibits condensate drip-off.

UV and heat ageing conditions: UVA lamps at 50°C for 336 hours followed by heat ageing at 70°C for 90 days. Have a look at the Facade range
